What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping within the USA.
What are your pieces made from?
Everything we sell is solid metal rather than plated. That means solid 14k gold or solid 925 sterling silver, never gold plating, gold filling, or vermeil over a base metal. The exact composition of each piece is listed under Details and measurements on its own product page, taken from our jeweler's specification.
Why 14k gold rather than 10k?
10k gold is 41.7 percent gold and the rest is alloy, which is why it can dull, wear unevenly, and mark some skin over time. 14k gold is 58.3 percent gold, so it holds its color and still looks right years later. We have chosen not to stock anything below 14k.
Are the stones real?
The stone in every piece is named on its own product page, and we do not describe one material as another. Where a piece is set with lab grown diamonds we say so, and those carry an IGI certificate with the color and clarity stated. Where a piece uses cubic zirconia, freshwater pearl, or a colored stone such as malachite, the product page says that instead.
Can I wear these every day?
Yes. These are everyday shapes in metals that hold up to everyday life, which includes showers, workouts, and sleeping in them. Solid gold does not need to be taken off the way plating does. Take pieces off before swimming in chlorinated water, and before using household cleaners.
How do I know what size to order?
Ring sizes are listed on each ring's product page, and chain lengths are listed on each necklace and bracelet. If you are between sizes or you are not sure, write to us before ordering and we will help you work it out. It is easier than sending something back.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking as soon as the carrier scans your package. Every order ships insured, in discreet packaging, and requires a signature on delivery. If you have not received tracking within three business days, write to us and we will find out where your order is.
